License Terms

All products sold through The Hotel Blueprint are published by ERHETIA PUBLISHING and distributed under one of the following license types, as specified on each product page.

Enterprise Use License

Applies to all SOP manuals, operations manuals, templates, and critical paths sold in editable Word or Excel format.

The purchasing enterprise — defined as the legal entity that completed the original purchase — is licensed for internal operational use across its owned or directly operated properties. Adaptation, internal distribution to staff, and printing for operational use are permitted. Commercial resale, sublicensing, and transfer of this license are prohibited. Educational institutions, hospitality schools, libraries, and training organisations are excluded from this license and require a separate institutional arrangement. Consultants and independent professionals are licensed for use within a single client engagement only.

Publication License

Applies to reference guides sold in non-editable PDF format.

The purchaser is licensed for internal reading and professional reference. Printing for personal or internal use is permitted. Modification, redistribution outside the purchasing entity, and use as curriculum or teaching material are prohibited.

Institutional Licensing

Institutional or educational use is not covered by either standard license and is not available for direct purchase. Educational institutions, hospitality schools, and libraries wishing to discuss an institutional arrangement are invited to contact us directly at [email protected] before purchasing.
