Our Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, as the product is immediately accessible to the buyer. Refunds are only considered in specific cases, such as multiple accidental purchases of the same product, as outlined in point 2 below.
Accidental Multiple Purchases of the Same Product
If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product multiple times, we may offer a refund for the additional purchase(s). Refunds will only be considered for the duplicate purchases and must be requested within 30 days of the transaction.
Faulty or Technical Issues
If you encounter any issues with the product, such as technical errors or file corruption, please contact us promptly through our Contact page with your order details (order number, name, and email used for the purchase) to authenticate your request, along with a description of the issue. We will review your case and provide a new file or appropriate solution if necessary. Please note, technical issues will not result in a refund but will be addressed with alternative solutions.

We encourage you to contact us within 30 days of purchase if you experience any issues or have concerns. After this period, requests may be considered, but they are not guaranteed.
