Our Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, as the product is immediately accessible to the buyer. Refunds are only considered in specific cases, such as multiple accidental purchases of the same product, as outlined in point 2 below.

Accidental Multiple Purchases of the Same Product

If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product multiple times, we may offer a refund for the additional purchase(s). Refunds will only be considered for the duplicate purchases and must be requested within 30 days of the transaction.
