License Usage Terms

By purchasing any of our digital products (including manuals, templates, checklists, financial documents, and other resources), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely within your organization or for personal learning. Redistribution, reselling, or public posting of the content outside of your organization is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Uses

• Public Posting: “You may not share, publish, or post the products publicly, including on websites, social media, or other platforms where the content may be accessed by unauthorized users.”

Ownership and Copyright

• Intellectual Property: “The products are copyrighted by Sopforhotel.com, and all rights are reserved. By purchasing, you receive a license for specific uses only, while ownership of the content remains with Sopforhotel.com.”
• Protection of Content: “Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the products beyond the scope of the granted license is prohibited and may result in legal action.”

License Term

• License Duration: “The license is granted upon purchase and is valid for the lifetime of the product, provided you comply with these terms. The license will terminate immediately if you breach any of these terms.”
• Renewal and Transfer: “The license is non-renewable and cannot be transferred to another party.”
