How to order
Ordering Process
Our online purchasing system is standardized, proven, and securely linked to PayPal and major credit card networks, ensuring the safety of your payment and banking information. Please note that we do not access, hold, or store your credit card information. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, in accordance with industry standards.
- Add to cart: When you find a product you want to buy, you can click the “Add to cart” button on the product page. This adds the product to your shopping cart.
- Review cart: At any point during your shopping experience, you can click on the “View cart” button to see a summary of your cart’s contents and the total billing amount. From here, you can also remove any items from your cart that you no longer wish to purchase.
- Checkout: Once you have added all the products you want to buy to your cart, you can click the “Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page.
- Login or order as a guest: At this point, if you are a customer with an existing account, you can log in with your credentials to access your saved billing information (please note that creating a new customer account cannot be done during the checkout process, it must be carried out before proceeding to checkout). Alternatively, you can proceed as a guest and manually enter your billing information. In this case, you will need to keep the email confirming your order to access the links to your digital products again.
- Billing details: On the checkout page, you will be asked to enter your billing details, such as your name, email address, and billing address.
- Payment options: You will need to choose a payment option. If you selected PayPal, you will need to click the “Proceed to PayPal” button to be transferred to the PayPal login page, where you can log in and review your order details before proceeding to payment. If you selected credit card, you can fill in your credit card details and then click the “Place Order” button to submit your order.
- Review order: Once your payment has been processed, you will be taken to a page where you can review your order. This page will show you the total cost of your order as well as download link(s) (valid for thirty days) for your purchases.
- Purchase confirmation: Shortly after completing your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email that includes download link(s) (valid for thirty days) for your purchases.
- Account access for order management: If you created an account, you can login to your account later on to review your previous order’s detail and download files from there (beware that document’s links stay active for 30 days).
